Happiness Qi Gong

Feel happier, centered and grounded throughout the day with this practice. We move through a standing series of movements to align the chakras and balance the internal organs of the body bringing balance & harmony internally and externally.  

Focus is on the Yin organs and 5 elements based on Medical Qigong principles.
