Esalen Massage is so much more than muscle manipulation, it is a spiritual experience and ‘faith’ healing. If you’ve never experienced it before, it is time to give it a try. I highly recommend it. People often find it a memorable experience and comment on some of the unique movements, feelings of wholeness + completion, and sense of being re-born.
Currently residing on Kauai, I still feel that the time I spent at the Esalen Institute on 2006 + 2007 was one of the best things that I have ever done. The immersion of the Esalen Experience can be felt in each session. It is a journey, you’ll likely want to enjoy again and again.
